Go2Health Offers online health talks and webinars to interested groups or companies tackling health topics relevant to their needs. The online talks and webinars are headed by Doc Oyie as the main speaker and supported by Go2Health’s health care team like other Functional Medicine Doctors, Nutritionist Dietitian and Culinary Chef.
Go2Health offers two types of talks or webinars:
1. Lecture type – the speaker talks about the topic, complete with supporting visuals and presentations, and ending with Q&A. The talk takes around 1.5 hours to 2 hours. The logistics component, like the setup of the online meeting, posters and invitations are handled by the client. Go2health charges professional fees of P30,000 for this type of event.

2. Lecture with live Cooking Demo – Functional Medicine promotes FOOD as MEDICINE. Thus, Go2Health offers lectures that focuses on specific health topic and supported by actual food ingredients and actual cooking demo to illustrate the theory discussed. The speakers would involve three health practitioners - FM Doctor, FM Nutritionist and the Culinary Chef.
This type of Health Talk utilizes the 3-E Methodology of Go2Health:
Explain – the Functional Medicine physician is in charge of providing information and guidance as to the different biochemical properties of the food ingredients and the therapeutic benefit to the biological design of the body and how it will help restore the body’s physiologic resiliency.
Example - the Functional Nutritionist is in charge of providing the specifics and details of the selected food types, classifications and ingredients. She/he is responsible in creating the Master Lists of foods that will be beneficial and most appropriate for the identified deficits and imbalances.
Experience – the Culinary Medicine Chef is in charge of gathering all the information provided by the MD and ND and incorporate it in creating healthful and tasteful recipes that will provide the target nutrient densities and richness needed by the client’s body systems.
This type of talk takes around 2 hours to 3 hours. The logistics component, like the setup of the online meeting, posters and invitations are handled by the client. Go2health charges professional fees, including ingredients and materials costs of P50,000 for this type of event.
