1. What is Go2Health Immunity Toolbox?
• Go2Health Immunity Toolbox is a box that contains any or a combination or all of the following:
- edible oils
- essential oils or aromatherapy oils
- herbal infusion and teas
• The content of the box varies per individual because it is based on the person’s health status and health goals. A 3-page questionnaire will be answered by the client and a Functional Medicine doctor will interpret the answers. Based on these answers, our Functional Medicine Doctor will design the composition of Professional brand of nutraceuticals and other medical foods that is suitable to the client’s health status and health goals.
Professional brand of nutraceuticals are nutraceuticals that are dispensed only to medical professionals and requires doctor’s recommendation.
2. How do I avail of Go2Health Immunity Toolbox?
• Process to avail Go2Health Immunity Toolbox
- Visit Go2Health website : www.go2health.ph
- On the main page, click the button “Go2Health Immunity Toolbox”
- On the Immunity Toolbox page, click the button that corresponds to the amount that suits your monthly budget for your immune system:
o Basic – P5,000
o Superior – P10,000
o Premium – P15,000
- After clicking your budget of choice, you are directed to Paypal to process your payment. Through the Paypal portal, you can settle via Paypal if you have a paypal account, or through your credit card.
- After successfully processing your payment, you will receive an email from Go2Health acknowledging your payment. You will also get a link which will lead you to the 3-page questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, click submit and your answers will be forwarded to our FM Doctor.
- Our FM Doctor will analyze your answers and then specify the best supplements, oils, etc. that would suit your needs.
- The Immunity Toolbox will be filled up with these items, and delivered to your designated delivery address.
- You will receive your immunity toolbox around 3 to 5 working days (also depending on the location of the client) after submitting your answers to the questionnaire.
3. Do I need to answer the 3-page questionnaire every month?
• Your immunity toolbox content is valid for 3 months. Hence, you can reorder for the same box on your second and third month. If after 3 months, you are not able to achieve your health goals, we recommend that you seek a formal consultation with our FM doctors, in order to precisely asses the balance of your body systems and to determine why your body systems did not respond to the immunity toolbox.
4. Is there any additional fee for the consultation with your FM Doctor?

5. How to order for the 2nd and 3rd-month immunity toolbox?
• Visit Go2Health website : www.go2health.ph
• On the main page, click the button “Go2Health Immunity Toolbox”
• On the Immunity Toolbox page, click the button that corresponds to the amount of the Immunity tool box that you bought in your 1st or 2nd month.
• After clicking, you are directed to Paypal to process your payment. Through the Paypal portal, you can settle via Paypal if you have a paypal account, or through your credit card.
• After successfully processing your payment, you will receive an email from Go2Health acknowledging your payment.
• You will receive your immunity toolbox around 3 to 5 working days (depending also on the location of the client) after submitting your answers to the questionnaire.
6. Are there any other payment method aside from Paypal or Credit Card?
• You can do a fund transfer or directly deposit your payment to Go2Health, Inc. bank account as follows:

• Scan you bank validated deposit slip or fund transfer transaction record and forward to this email : email@example.com

7. On the 3-page questionnaire, can I skip or not answer any of the questions?
• No. The online system will not allow you to submit your answers if you missed to answer any question.
8. Can I designate somebody to answer the 3-page questionnaire in my behalf?
• If you are the client who will consume the immunity toolbox content, you need to answer the questions based on your current health status. You may ask someone to do the actual online answering but the answers should come from you.
9. What will I do if I feel any adverse effect while taking the food supplements in the Immunity Toolbox?
• Discontinue taking any of the supplements, oils, etc. and contact our customer service representative at email : firstname.lastname@example.org
10. If I am suffering from any chronic diseases, like Cancer or Diabetes, is it safe for me to purchase and consume the Immunity Toolbox contents?
• In the 3-page questionnaire, you will be asked to divulge any health concerns or diseases you currently have. If your case is too complex, like Cancer, we recommend that you do an online consultation with our Functional Medicine Doctor first so they can properly assess your condition.
